THE INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP SEMINAR

The Inclusive Leadership Seminar

Participants: Executives, managers or functional specialists who need a broader, more comprehensive perspective on diversity, inclusion, and how to lead across cultural differences.

Facilitator: Al Vivian, President & CEO of BASIC Diversity, Inc., or one of our approved trainers.

Duration: 1 Day

Process/Overview: Leadership -v- management approach to diversity – Management is about policies and procedures; but Leadership is about inspiration, motivation and vision. Management enforces existing structures — overseeing policies and procedures. Leadership makes a difference — it engages, inspires and creates vision. Although management is necessary, it lacks the capacity to create a truly inclusive environment, which is a fundamental component for success in the 21st century.
